Got a set of the new LOK Ops black/gray G10 grip panels (and backstrap) from MM last week. Really like how they look, but also like the improved grip all around, and still comfy for all day AIWB carry.

How is the grip size of these? I have the commander XXL and I like how the it feels in my hands but I have big hands so I wouldnt mind having a little more real estate on the grip panels. Are they bigger/thicker than the ones that come on the commander?

Little thicker, especially south of the mag release, I can get more of the meat of my support hand heel on them. Grippier too.

It came in yesterday, exactly three weeks after the pre-order as promised. I'm very, very happy with this module, the machining is flawless, the coating is uniform, the fit is perfect, the look is awesome, and the feel is just what I was hoping for. Opted to stay with the flush backstrap, since the module is thicker than the stock X-Macro, which gives me about the same trigger finger placement, and I think it looks (and points for me) better with the classic 1911 angle.

Hitting the range on Saturday, we'll see if my only concern with the module is valid...heat transfer since the X-Macro slide gets hotter than hell after a few mags.
One of these (XXL) is in my future! that thing looks beautiful! This is what I wish Sig would make, an AXG P365 module. DO YOU HEAR ME SIG?!?

Boom! Very nice! How does it compare to the XMACRO grip regarding comfort, weight, and being concealable? I question if its thickness is back to P320 or Glock 19 range.

Sorry for the late reply. It's not quite G19 thick, but it's thicker than stock P365X or X-Macro modules, which I always found too thin for my "XL glove" hands, and getting more meat of my support hand on the grip is nothing but a benefit. For me, the extra girth was a feature, not a bug, same with the extra weight.

It's just a lot more shootable than the polymer modules. And if for some reason I needed a tinier gun, it's just a grip module swap away, and I'm well-stocked on 12rd and 12rd+2 mags.

As for concealment, hasn't been an issue with me, but my previous AIWB EDC was an X-Compact RXP with TLR-7A.

Heat transfer to the grip module isn't as much of an issue as I expected. It gets warm, not hot. Slide, that thing can still fry eggs after a few mags.

I love the Mischief Machine XMacro Commander grip module with the gray/black Lokops grips for similar reasons as you, Croak. I enjoy the way it handles and shoots versus my standard P365 and P365XL and swapping out for a smaller grip module when needed is a plus. For me, this combo is the Goldilocks of 17-round concealed carry pistol options that I've been searching for over the last few years.
