Here's my set-up. Ordered an Armory Craft ext mag release since the G-10 grips make it seem recessed into the frame.

That's a good looking configuration. Are there third parties making grip panels compatible with this, or are they only offered by MM?

I used an X-Macro mag release on mine, it's fine for my average sized thumbs.

Curious. What's the holster situation with the Mischief Machine grips?

My Icarus XL Hybrid slides into an LAG Tactical without issue and can fit into a Bullard leather holster (stretches it slightly though). The more I see of the Commander grips, the more I'm tempted to start saving.

Pic rail sits lower, so it's not an easy fit into most X-Macro holsters. I run a QVO Tactical with mine. MM website has links to half a dozen or more holster makers that support the Commander/Omega/Alpha grip modules.

They do, but he does pre-order batches, last batch was X-Macro, I think next batch is XL 12rd flush fit. Sign up for the pre-order notification, and be prepared to wait three weeks.

His pre-order is always the same time as my Class on the Endtimes at Church . Can't skip it for a Lousy grip module when you're the on teaching the class . Which is over flowing . LOL

Maybe not for you, for me it's the best money I've spent on a handgun upgrade since the AXG module came out. The bling is tertiary, the better ergos, and the better recoil management are the two main reasons I got it.

Speaking of ends, I picked up a couple Tactical Development aluminum basepads for the X-Macro mags that fill that gap between the end of the mag and the grip. Also threw on the large backstrap.
