Not a 22 kit for my P365's, but perhaps an even better solution, especially considering it could be a long, long wait.
When I got my Holosun 407K for the P365-X, I took off the Romeo Zero, and it was sitting in a drawer begging for a host.
My LGS sent me a message..... they had a Taurus TX-22 Competition in stock. A couple hours later I had the R-Zero mounted, and testing different 22LR HV ammo with it at the range.
I like that it 'feels' and shoots like a compact pistol, and I've been pleasantly surprised at how well it cycles.

The only problem....it comes with (3) 16 round mags so you can go through several boxes in no time. :ROFLMAO:

A friend has two of them. One of each. After initial problems with a bad barrel, it's running fine now. I felt it was closer to the 320 in size. Either way it's a fun gun to shoot.

Now that the P365-380 is finally out.....the next logical offering from SIG would be a P365 380 Conversion Kit.Package the Optic-Ready slide assembly, barrel, RSA, and 380 Mag they're already making!
The 380 uses the same 9mm lower frame, FCU and excellent trigger (a shortcoming on many 22LR kits can be a different trigger). So swapping over would literally take only seconds.

Hopefully; the success of the 380; combined with the millions of P365's already out there, will encourage SIG to also make a P-365 22LR kit. What you'd save in ammo cost could pay for the 22LR kit in no time!
But, considering how long it took SIG to do the P365-380.....I wouldn't hold your breath.
