I am leaning one direction on this but curious the forums thoughts on which gun you would prefer?
The Stainless Match Elite:Wasn't there a "Match Model" 10mm Sig P 220? Was there a name or number for it?

GBinAlabama is a long time forum member well known as a 10mm honk. The above quote is his experience shooting the XTEN. So unless you have experience shooting both guns don't assume that the heavier 220 automatically has less FELT recoil. Some times what is expected according to conventional wisdom doesn't hold true.It tames recoil unlike other polymer 10mm guns. It was as easy to shoot as my 5" SIG P220 10mm guns or my big 6" TRP Heavy Operator 1911.
That's the one I have, the tow-tone DA/SA model.The Stainless Match Elite:
FN 510??OP,
There is NOT a Tupperware platform or any other platform that will out perform a P220R510mm.
A Bren-No
A Gluck-No
A SigXTen-No
A S&W 3rd Gen-No
A Kimber-No
A Springfield-No
As for FN's new FN 510 Tactical, I'm waiting on our LGS and nearby range to get one in to try. A fellow shooter in SC says that it is actually "lighter" in weight with it's smaller sized frame and slide with a bit more recoil impulse than the M&P M2.0 4.6" model and the SIG X-Ten but less felt recoil than the 4" M&P M2.0 and Springfield XD-M Elite 3.8" model. Obviously, he says this is probably due to the barrel and slide of the FN 510 Tactical at 4.71" (w/ threaded barrel length). I wish there was a good (i.e. actual) "tale of the tape" comparison and detailed pics with all of the above 10mm strikers...FN 510??
Published weight of the FN is 32 oz and the XTen is 33 oz. That FN 22 rd mag is...well...not very asthetic. I can't imagine every carrying it in a holster of any kind or using it anywhere but the range. As for FN's new FN 510 Tactical, I'm waiting on our LGS and nearby range to get one in to try. Sorry I got back late on this …@10mmToughGuy - Hey brother, could you tell me what your DA & SA pull weights are on your gun? I think I read were they're
10# for DA & 4# for SA. Does this sound about right to you for the factory trigger?
I've been looking at one & would probably send it to Gray Guns for a new trigger & the "Competition Package" upgrade. If I knew
how the Legion's triggers were, I might just go that route but I really like the two-tone a lot.
Thanks for all your info buddy!!!
