I've had to replace two trigger return springs now. Gun has about 2,500 rounds through it. Each spring seems to split in half at around 1,000 rounds.

When the first one went I bought a three pack from Sigs website. That was about two years ago. So I have a few questions at this point.

1.) Where can I buy a new spring as I expect to be replacing this again and I have only one backup so far?
2.) Has Sig done any sort of update on the springs to make them stronger because I've seen others having this issue?
3.) Any aftermarket ones that hold up better?

Enjoying the gun a lot but I'm concerned about reliability now. Only mod I have done was I put it in XL grip module. This gun was manufactured in 2021

I replaced my original P365 trigger return spring as preventative maintenance a year ago @ approximately 3600 rounds. The factory trigger pull was fantastic. I replaced it with the AC (IMSI) +10% spring because of the better spring material. After a year of shooting, I really did not like the extra pull and found my shots starting to pull left. Perhaps it is my worsening carpal tunnel, or perhaps it is the spring. Anyway, I did not like it but lived with it since I no longer trusted the Sig spring material.
I recently found that IMSI started making a "Minus 25%" trigger return spring for the P365. Ordered one from Rain Tactical, installed it, and off to the range. Trigger felt much better. Slightly lighter than the factory spring, but with the same good reset and reset "click". Shots have come back to POA/ POI for me. Approaching 4100 rounds through this little EDC and am very content.

So, what is the difference between the $4.99 TRS and the $7.99 spring offerings from The Sig Guy? The text describing each does not clarify the difference; at least for me it does not.

Thank you! This is good/important info to have. The unwise, to which group I Number, would assume the $7.99 spring was the one to buy. Au contraire?

I ordered both the Sig Guy +10% TRS and the one from Armory Craft (I got impatient and Sig Guy could deliver faster). Even with my fumble fingers, the install on the Sig Guy TRS was simple and ought to go smoother next time.

I'm wondering, though, will the Sig Guy or Armory Craft TRS last longer than the OEM spring?

Replacing the trigger bar return spring with an ISMI chrome silicon part seems prudent (and may eliminate the failures), but I have a question. Did you all choose a +10% because that was what was available at the time, or is there a reason why you wanted a stiffer spring than stock? ISMI makes a -10% spring (same materials) that should provide the same level of durability, with a slight decrease in trigger pull weight (instead of an increase).

wiht the talks about the trigger return spring rubbing on the module , does anyone have any idea if it still rubs as much in the aftermarket grip modules like Wilson or the any of the others.. I am gonna purchase some TRS to have but just wanted to see If anyone notices difference in wear on oem grip module vs aftermarket
and any real diff between the imsi vs armory craft springs wiht respect to longevity ?
