Well had opportunity to trade 3 cheaper pistols for this X Macro with the following upgrades, all new and owner never shot it.

Radian Ramjet with afterburner
Radian aluminum backstrap with magwell
Radian aluminum baseplates

Took it to the range on Sunday this past weekend, wanted to see if the hype is real on the Radian parts.
I don't know if i would spend the $ myself, but why not if the trade was right.

Loaded a few mags with 5 round each, and let me tell you..
Aside from being loud at a indoor range...

This is one of the flattest, smoothest shooting 9mm pistols i have ever shot next to my Beretta 92a1

Consistently. putting rounds in same hole, stacking them time and time again.
My friend tried it out and he couldn't believe it either.

Just thought I'd share my experience in case anyone was wanting to try the setup.
Here is picture of the Macro with the upgrades.

And with the parts, it makes the slide the same length as the Fuse so holsters that are designed for the Fuse will fit

The only other option i have to try is the following
AXG grip module with the Ramjet/ Afterburner.. I'm betting the AXG being a tad heavier will make it even smoother

There is only a 2.5oz weight difference between the AXG and standard grip mod so I seriously doubt anybody could feel much of a difference from the weight but I do love the AXG grip so why not?

I made a big mistake a month ago and shot a friend's custom build much like the OP's with the 3.7" slide and Radian compensator. BIG mistake!
I lasted only 2 days before I had to order a P365 (3.1") and a Radian compensator.

Like the OP, I found my friend's X Macro derivative to be "one of the flattest, smoothest shooting 9mm pistols" I've shot. It put a big grin on my face.
Now I'm trying to tell myself I don't need another P365 to set up just like my friend's or the OP's.

I have both the Legion (well, it started out as a P365X and I converted it to a Legion 😁) and a 3.1" Radian build. Both are great shooters. My Radian build was on an X Macro grip mod with Radian backstrap and magwell. Put 1000 rounds downrange the day after I built it. It shot very nicely! Bought a AXG Black Grip mod for it and sadly my FCU would not seat into it. I'm pretty sure it's out of spec. So I'm returning it and having them send me a replacement. In the mean time, I put the Radian build onto my AXG Legion Grip Mod and added the red LOK GridLOKS, me likey! LOL I was very impressed with the Radian, so much so, that I have parts for my 3.7" Radian build coming by end of the week.

Have the radian ramjet afterburner 3.1 currently in a macro module. Initially bought one for my wife’s pistol and after shooting it, had to have one for myself lol. The difference in follow up shots was night and day.
Bought a AXG module last week from ctr1970 to replace the macro module on mine. I think it will be a pretty sweet setup.
Trying to find the time to compare the following sets ups:
-Fuse in AXG module with TP bbl & true lock ultimate comp(bbl & comp are for Flux Raider build)
-AC comp’d slide w/3.7” bbl in AXG module
-X Macro comp
-AXG Legion
-Radian RJ afterburner 3.1” in AXG module
-Radian RJ afterburner 3.1 in macro module(wife’s pistol)

Today I just picked up the 3.1 Ramjet/ Afterburner, putting on my 365X on Macro or AXG grip module.

Will be listing the 3.7 Ramjet/ Afterburner later today possibly.
