I like tactical weapon lights to be small and be quick attach/release. This seems to fit the bill.

 

I could be wrong but I believe that it does not quick attach. I have a full size one and it requires a flat head screw driver. The screw is on the other side.

 

Who makes that holster?

 

YEP. It was the first thing I did to mine. Didn't even carry it till it had the light. Had to wait for holster makers to catch up when the APLc first dropped. Both showed up within a day of each other. Now I Have a APLc coming for another gun and will have another holster to buy.

I think I Have a spending problem. At least my wife says so.

it seems like there is a negligible difference in location for these- I purchased the new 1913 rail model and it still fits the holster perfectly

 

Do you have to purchase the 1913 model or will the glock model work?

 

The Glock model will work fine, it will just mount to the frontmost rail slot and so the activation buttons might sit 1/8 inch or so further forward.

The arms that hold onto the outside of the rail and the body of the light is all one piece of glass-reinforced nylon polymer, very similar to a Glock frame. The cross bolt that fits into the slot in the rail is steel and a little larger than the previous generation, so it fits a little tighter. There’s pretty much zero movement once it’s on.

Makes for a nice $HTF/BugOut package. Holster is by KT Mech (of which I have several), specifically for the P320C with APLc. Nice snug and secure fit, but still easy to draw.
