I am looking for options for my p220 45 west german NO RAIL. I carry it currently in a aiwb holster that was a cheap one I ordered to see if it fit with the rail option. It fits enough to where it has good retention. It is not comfortable at all especially to my tier 1 or black point tactical holsters. I bought this because I had to have a holster for each fire arm I wanted to qualify with for my CCW. Any help would be appreciated!

I guess that you should specify where you want to carry first, and in what! The biggest problem currently, is most newer models all have rails, which is what the holster manufacturers, key on in their development. for ready made examples.

As I have shown here numerous times, I have an older Galco Royal Guard, horsehide holster, that's 30 years old, when all Sig made was pistols without rails. Here it is holding my old "KA" P220...

As far as "Off The Shelf" holsters, Galco size #248 will hold them well, while their Royal Guard (#RG248) shows Backordered, their Summer Comfort (#SUM248B) is available several places, and a little cheaper... Galco SUM248B Summer Comfort Inside Pant Holster (copsplus.com)
