Yup...used them, they are screws...not much to say about them. Hogue makes quality stuff. Not sure what else you need to know about them? Your grips will definitely get screwed by them.
To keep the screws from coming out, use rubber O rings that you can find in the plumbing section of any hardware store. The size is 1/4" OD, 1/8" ID, ring thickness of 1/16".
Had one Sig hex grip screw that wasn't harden enough and the use of a Torx T10 that wasn't a perfect fit rounded the head of the screw. So the recommendation about o-rings is a really good one.
The weakest link with them is the hex wrench driver, so get a quality driver, to kerep from rounding out the hex. I've found this set from Top Gun Supply is great... Combo Bit Set - 3 Bits - Top Gun Supply , and I got a couple of sets, and put them into a Brownell's MAGNA-TIP Magnetic LE Hollow Handle, (080-088-006) along with a #340-6 MAGNA-TIP bit for slotted Sig Grip Screws... I normally keep the #20nTorx Plus bit installed for the Grip-Screw-4 used on many Legacy P229s, that also work on P226s also, just a little shorter threaded shank.
If you don’t want to use rubber o rings, then get a bottle of clear finger nail polish. It will keep the screws in place like loctite but not as aggressively. I learned this trick real quick when doing annual maintenance on over 100 pistols a year for my agency. We had .40 226’s at the time.
