I would imagine so. I have plenty of m&p holsters that I have used my 1.0's and 2.0's in which are different barrel lengths and they seem to work.

I have a holster that I picked up off here and I believe it's a Raven Concealment. But it looks like it might be discontinued. Works great.

I have a Vedder Light Tuck for the 365XL and a Black Point Tactical for the XL and they both fit my Standard 365 perfectly.

Just to clarify, you have the Velo 4 for the P365XL, and the SAS (shorter slide) works fine with it?

 

I have a Stealthgear IWB for the 365XL and it works fine with the 365 sans optic. There's just a little room for more barrel.

 

I have a Wright Predator for an XL and it works fine with my standard P365.

 

Awesome - thanks to everyone for their feedback. I'll put in the order for the P365XL version holster for my P365. I've also read/watched recently that having a slightly longer holster is actually counterintuitively more comfortable as well. So that should work in my favor!

 

Any standard 365 will work in any xl holster. An xl will work in some standard holsters, depending up on the muzzle end of the holster.
