Looking for AIWB holsters for this. Almost all the sites have the regular p320 compact but having a hard time finding one that is optics ready like the pistol is outta the box. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check out X-Compact Holsters in general..
A lot of holster makers will accommodate your Romeo.

I originally got a Vedder holster for my Compact RX and at the time the drop down box for handguns did not list the Romeo.
I emailed Vedder telling them that I had a Romeo 1 and could they accommodate that for me?
Their quick response was for me to let them know about my Romeo when ordering and they would cut the Kydex to accommodate my Red Dot.

So I did and they did and it came out fine.

So moral of my story is..if you find a X-Compact Holster that you really like but they do not specify the Romeo contact them to see if they can...worst they can do is say no.

I started out IWB but now I carry OWB and I am much happier.

I have a P320 X-Compact, and I purchased the Vedder LightTuck. You can choose the option for an optic cut when you're ordering on the Vedder website. I'd definitely recommend it as a strong consideration for you. It's adjustable for cant and ride height, so you can use it AIWB or also in the back position IWB as well.

Welcome to the forum from NC. Most of my holsters come from a local guy who makes them one at a time. There's probably a good holster maker near you that can make exactly what you want. I like a face to face interaction as well as "this is exactly what I want" that easier to come by when dealing locally.

Currently doing this research myself as well. I had picked out several holsters for the RX Compact which I ended up not getting (was right before they refreshed the models).

As popular as these seem to be, it’s amazing to me how few holster makes even list RXP models on their websites.

I went with a smart carry for summer light clothing below the waistband (company in Florida that gives military discount on a custom made holster with very quick delivery after ordering). Haven’t used it much yet as it is still cool in Michigan. A iwb/owb Freedom kydex holster for a rxp x compact that accommodates a olight is being custom made has been seven weeks since I ordered it so I wouldn't recommend them. My Sid Rosen leather owb for my p320 x5 legion also works.

I got the Vedder Comforttuck "Combat Cut" Holster.
Premium Natural Horsehide Leather and OD Green Carbon Fiber.

The Combat Cut gives room to get a good grip on the grip with no leather in the way.

It was originally for my P320 Compact RX as the Picture Shows but my X-Compact Grip Fits fine.

If I had it to do over I would have probably gotten the Quick Draw OWB

I actually customized my Vedder for OWB by making 2 Belt Loop cuts and removing the clips..
I've thought about going to a Leather Supply Shop near me and get a :Leather Braising tool to clean up my cut slots
BUT
I'm the only one that sees it.

Look at a Compact Grip and the X-Compact Grip from the Trigger guard forward.
You will see that the 2 Grips look identical and this is what goes into a Holster..The Grips do not.
The X-Compact Grip is .3" shorter but if you put a 3.9" Slide on it you really need a Compact Holster to accommodate the .3" Longer Slide.
Or if it's a Kydex you can Heat it up and make it fit the longer slide...
Lot's to think about..

So, there ya go..my Vedder Story..
