Hi All

I want to send my Sig P229 9mm to Robert at The Sig Armorer to have the slide milled so that I can install my Trijicon RMR on it. But according to his website, he will only mill the slide if I combine it with one of his action works. So my question for the gurus on this forum is this: of the two action works that he can do on a Legion, which is the one that you think I should get done? Carry Level Trigger job or Carry Level Action job. I am currently using the Sig for home defense but once I move out of Maryland to a state where I can get a carry permit, I will carry the Sig.

Thanks all.

I agree with Superzuki; when I sent my German Sig P220 to him to have the Sig Carry Level Action Job performed he told me it only needed to have the Trigger Job performed (I was perfectly willing to spend the upcharge for the Action Job but he talked me out of it). I recently sent my Sig P220 SAS to have the Carry Level Action Job and was perfectly happy with the results. I don't believe Mr. Burke will put a sub 3.5# trigger out unless it is intended for range or competition use. The Carry Level Action Job definitely makes for a smoother action.

No matter what, you can't go wrong with Robert Burke.
