I have several Black Arch holsters and they are in a class of their own as far as hybrid holsters go, imo.

 

Great photos. Sounds like a wonderful holster. Have you also tried Hidden Hybrid Holsters? Any thoughts on comparison?

 

Similar approach to Alien Gear. Never any wear marks on my LE229 or standard Legion 229.

 

One big difference between Black Arch hybrid holsters and any others I've seen is that the Kydex shell wraps completely around the trigger guard.

I do like the complete wraparound of the trigger guard.

Very comfy, as you can see in the picture, all metal hardware is sandwiched between the material. No metal to skin contact at all.
Wider hooks are available, five choices to choose from.

 

I like that and haven't heard of them before. How do you carry it? I like AIWB and wonder if it would work well.

I love them, just wish they made light-bearing options.
