I find the grip screws on my 239 work themselves loose over time. I try to remember to tighten them before I go the range. Is there a color loctite that I could use to prevent the loosening but not lock it up permanenetly. I assume other guns have the same porblem what do you use?

I second the Orings at the plumbing dept in any hardware. #60 works for me.
With them you only need to snug and the threads stay clean.
Locktite can cause problems, and I am very careful with grip threads.
Some like my 225 I find a small lock washer works very well.

Loctite purple.
Blue and red are too much for those small screws, and purple's meant to be taken apart from time-to-time.
