Geissele MPX Trigger warning?

So at the risk of starting yet another MPX trigger thread, in shopping for my aftermarket trigger I saw this warning on the Geissele website (Note: I was looking at their 3-gun triggers).

Please note, our triggers are designed for mil-spec AR15/M4 carbine rifles. Our AR15 triggers are not compatible with the Sig MPX/MCX weapons or Pistol Caliber Carbine AR15/M4 variants. Using them in these platforms will void the warranty. Please refer to our Super MCX SSA or Super MPX SSA if you are using these platforms.

Now I've read several several post on Sig Talk stating Geissele triggers work fine on an MPX using any of their models or variety. What gives, and
what's the recommendation? BTW, I prefer an adjustable single stage or 3 gun type set up.

Perhaps a different brand?

Geissele triggers (non MPX) do work in the MPX, but they will not go the distance. Bolt carriage velocity during recoil is too high. Hence, SIG used a bridge over the disconnector on some MPX triggers to prevent distruction of the disconnector.

Several brands spec a different, non AR 15 trigger, for the MPX.

The Hiperfire PDI was designed for the MPX. It’s very robust and works really well with either the MPX or MCX.

I have an extra Hiperfire PDI and Eclipse i can sell if you’re interested.

If I were you I'd strongly consider the TriggerTech MPX specific package. I have no experience with Hiperfire's version, but the TriggerTech can be adjusted from 3.5# to 6# with a simple allen key.Break is crisp and reset very short. You also have the option of purchasing it with a traditional curved or straight trigger.

It really boils down to your intended purpose. 3-Gun or competition = Hiperfire, Home Defense I would go with TriggerTech.

Sounds like a great trigger, but I generally prefer a single stage. However, after reading Triggertechs description of their MPX (two stage), It sounds like you get more of a
single stage feel. Any thoughts or feedback on that?
