It is a 95 model.

 

I just bought the same thing. Only not two tone. I have all the case candy including the cardboard sleeve the plastic case came in. Test target and such as well. Mine is also NIB and only fired at Factory. I'm in California so guns are pricier out here. I gave $1200.00 cash for it and another $37.00 to have the LGS transfer in my name. Hope that helps

 

Mine is 1995 and has W Germany on the slide. KJ is a different year I think

KJ is 1998. You can go to the Sig date site and it gives the letters and the dates associated with them. Your slide have W Germany on it?

You are correct, I miss read the date code. It is KF. It's nice to communicate with people who know what they are talking about

 

Any way they are around $1200.00 in the NIB condition or so. Funny as I can get almost $3K for a new 226 or 229 Legion that was made in 2021. Cray for sure. The 220 not so popular in Calif. so a special client or shooter. Mine is in the safe. Deciding to shoot it or set on it for awhile with my other NIB guns.

 

Probably can sell for a lot consigning to one of highly reputable sellers on GB like Keystone Arms. You will still make out like a bandit, even after paying their consignment fee. That has been my experience with them.

I am late to this but perhaps this will help:

It was made in W. Germany. I don’t think it is stainless.

I‘ve had it about 30 years so I’ve forgotten everything about it (except that it is not for sale).

I bought it to replace my BDA .45 that was stolen.

KF = 1995? I don’t know what the other stuff means.

The precision of manufacture is truly amazing. It is a work of art! I was told when I bought it that it had a heavier recoil spring, is this true?
