Ultrasonic Cleaner for suppressor cleaning

As mentioned, pretty much anything other than a 22lr suppressor can get away without cleaning. But the 22lr will need cleaning eventually.
My experience with a suppressor is different. I have a Griffith Revolution 9 that I shoot on my 9mm Keltec Sub 2000. Granted this is a classic blowback design and they tend to shoot dirty, especially suppressed. But after what must have been at least 750 rounds through it, I could feel at least one baffle was loose in the can. I removed it from the barrel and the internals, except for the loose baffle, were carbon froze and I could not disassemble it. It took a lot of hard work to get the suppressor apart (soaking in Hopp’s #9 for days, heating the can under running water while using a wooden down to tap out the baffles), before I could get the thing disassembled. So I am looking for an ultrasonic cleaner that will keep the suppressor parts clean and I plan on cleaning it every 250 - 500 rounds at the most.

I would also start with a weak mix and work up until it does the job. The full strength Purple Simple Green can be harsh on parts.
I’ve heard good things about Lucas Extreme Duty Bore Cleaner and on the main label it says it works for ultrasonic cleaners and leaves a microscopic layer of lubrication on the cleaned parts. I’ll post a report on it but I have to get an ultrasonic cleaner first :)

Went with the Harbor Freight ultrasonic cleaner. The suppressor tube and baffles were dirty with carbon. I used the Lucas Extreme Duty Bore Cleaner in a baggie with about 1/2 the suppressor parts in it. Seems to work pretty well. It didn’t get off all the carbon from 750-1,000 rounds through my KT Sub2000 but I am impressed with the cleaning so far.

Just curious for you guys who have ultra sonic cleaners. Do you know who manufacturers the ultrasonic generators on your equipment? I work in big pharma and we use this type of cleaning equipment for all of our stainless parts. The baths we have are large (+50L Vol). The generators are made by Crest a they run at the 25-40 kHZ range.
Way beyond my pay grade. I have no clue…
