Suppressor on P365X or XL?

I received my suppressor (CGS MOD 9SK). I also got the 'rigid barrel adapter' to replace the piston's spring so I could shoot it on my 16" 9mm carbine (Colt pattern AR with 1/2-36 threads).

For as small as it is, the suppressor does a pretty good job and I really enjoyed shooting the carbine with it.

I bought and installed a threaded True Precision barrel for my P365XL so I could use it with the suppressor. I got the one with the basic stainless steel finish and the barrel seems well made.

I reinstalled the spring and installed the suppressor on the P365XL. The spring and piston are well lubed with the factory grease.

When I shot the pistol with the suppressor, every round was a failure to eject, and the cartridge case was trapped in the breech on top of and parallel to the round coming up from the magazine.

I removed the suppressor, shot the pistol without it and the gun ran just fine. Accuracy was good and function with the True Precision barrel was flawless through two magazines of ammo.

I shot mainly Federal 124 FMJs and few S&B 124 subsonics, the only ammo I had with me. Neither would function through the P365XL with the suppressor installed. I buy the Federal ammo by the case and it has run fine in four P365 variants, three CZs and the AR9 carbine.

Does anyone have any suggestions regarding what is going on and how to fix this?

Yikes! I'm about to put an Odessa 9 on order to mate up with a True Precision barrel on my 365. My motivation was to not wreck my hearing if I'm engaged in home defense. I'd hate to jump through all these hoops to make my super reliable bedside firearm unreliable.
