So, I was thinking the other day. I keep buying control packages in different finishes to upgrade my P365's. What I have is a drawer full of spare parts and a can of Alumahyde Stainless steel gun coat that looks like junk on a grip. Why not mash the two together and see if I can make something from stuff less desirable to me.

Little Brownells Alumahyde Stainless steel and we have a real uplift. This will be a good experiment to see how durable it is on parts like this. I tried not to go too heavy especially in critical connection areas.

Now this stainless steel gun coat made the grip I did with it looks like a kids toy. The the picture doesn't do it justice, it was just aweful.
But on the control parts, thats where it shines.

Figured I'd post a before photo, I did swap out the chrome trigger for the matt stainless. I did have to safety cut the grip, thats another whole story. Its not the notch thats hard on the Macro grip, its the recess for clearance. I posted the process a month or so ago in this same forum if you want to see it. I figured if I did it in this post, it would just be redundant.

Two things; one, it looks like you made a P365 Nightmare! Love it. Would go nicely with my 1911 Nightmare fastback!

Two, ask a nurse or someone in the medical field. We manage to accumulate hemostats from opened kits that weren’t used.
