Love a good looking Flux!! I need to get a short mount for this Holosun but it's getting there.

 

Nice kit, are you running OEM spring or did you have to drop to something lighter with that comp? Mind sharing what ammo you're running with it?

 

Just starting to put mine through its paces... had to drop to a DPM recoil spring (medium) for the 124gr standard ammo with the Harrington comp on the M18-sized slide/barrel... wouldn't extract with OEM spring, but with DPM it eats everything 124gr-147gr. Waiting for my full size slide to try full size barrel with the same comp to see if I like that better.

I have gorilla length arms and with the standard brace it's taking some time to get ergonomics right as the bend at the elbow is pretty sharp and I get pretty fatigued after 300 rounds gripping so close to the chest. Otherwise it's a blast to shoot and rapid fire @ 25yards in the A-zone is cake!

 

I’d be interested if they didn’t have the comp cut in the slide. It prevents use of longer aftermarket and threaded barrels.

I’m hoping SIG releases a P365 Flux with the Fuse slide.

 

I've seen Fuse build on the Flux 365, it's probably the best option aside from the now discontinued 6" barrel from True (Flux team is supposedly testing a new version from another brand).

I have a build in progress with the Fuse slide/barrel but I discovered that the Fuse has rear charging cutouts that are wider than the rest of the slide which makes it a non-starter if you want to easily remove/service the slide as it's too wide to pass through the forward optic mount and the shroud... shipping mine out to have that part milled off and refinished next week, should work fine when done.

 

I bought a Sig Flux when they were first released. It looks like the Flux chassis has new and improved safety levers. Mine are small and not nearly as usable as the ones I see on your new chassis. I will have to email Flux about the difference in the safety levers. I like the newer wider levers. They remind me of 1911 style safety levers.

 

Ohhh, that's a great observation, I didn't even notice it in the images above. Interestingly Sig's page doesn't show these and instead has the "original" version. I've no issues with them but these do look wider, which I'd welcome too.

They also look to be made of metal... @tcbkkb - can you confirm?

 

They are polymer. I have emailed Flux to find out if I can get the new safety and wider levers for my older chassis. I will post something when I get a response.
