P320 45 Carry vs Compact

Happened upon this:

Am I right in thinking that to turn this into a compact all you would need is a compact grip module and a 9-round mag?

Or vice versa, if you started with a compact you could turn it into a carry model with the carry grip module and a 10-round mag?

Is one round worth the trouble?

Only difference between them is the grip length and mag length and capacity .

There also a sub compact grip module that will work on the larger carry and compact and with a X grip adaptor fell the mag space for the next size up mag . No rail so may fit with a little extra wiggle in holsters .
