I just picked up my new 300 BLK Rattler. I’ve never owned one before. I hear they are awesome. I’d like to hear from Rattler owners on what they like and don’t like about it. I’d appreciate seeing your Rattler setup in pictures if you can. What suppressors are you running? I’m looking for some good ideas.It’s a good day! Thanks.

Happy with mine...I like how small it is to pack in a bag with the folding brace and have had zero issues with it. No pics, but mine is set up with an RMR on Scalerworks mount. I also replaced the grip with a Magpul K2+.

I purchased a Sandman-S suppressor for it and just waiting for the eForm approval.

Love the rattler. It’s my second favorite “long gun” but goes with me most places I travel now. I pulled all my bags out after I got mine to see which bag fit the best.

under armor took the win for this one. Padded everywhere it needs to be.Perfect fit with 20rd mag and sro mounted. It does not move in this bag and sits perfectly straight. Main compartment currently holds 200rds of range ammo and my hsp flat pack plus.
A whole second bag in a bag? Diapers, wipes, nectar clothes for 2 kids, and all of my edc. Can unload the flatpack anytime. I travel a lot…..with kids…

@TacoJoe ,

Congrats man I think the Rattler PCB is where it's at for the Rattler. I can't wait to see how you accessorize your Rattler! I want to buy the short PCB style handguard desperately but first I need to make up my mind on which model and buy the Suppressor you've been telling me to get first. Probably be the Nomad, a SIG, or a SureFire.

@Boost

Dude where did you score that bag? Man it looks perfect, I dig it!
Can that thing strap around your car seat too?

Is it built for the task, tough nylon, extra stitching, built up straps?

Tell us more.... Your literally the gray man with that thing, loaded up with the kids, out for an evening stroll.... and nobody the wiser to your capabilities! I dig it.

To All.....

Wow this all adds up! I thought I had a great year with guns, but some of you guys don't just have one safe, you probably have many or Vaults and Arms Rooms to store your beautiful collections. I look forward to that day lol!

I find it funny how this forum is definitely the happiest and most pleasant forum of gun enthusiasts I frequent. Must be the guns! I love me some AR15.com but swim at your own risk for some, lol, and the collective can be hard on SIG.

My bad... You did mention you DD beforehand it slipped my mind. Nice gun BTW!
It is a project rock from under armor. There are a lot of different ones but the one I got was limited edition made of 500cordura. It’s seen a lot of trips to the desert, outdoor range, and overseas. This particular model is pretty tough, but my brothers is quite a bit softer then this one. He doesn’t use it the same way I do though.

the hsp chest rig straps do not work with this bag at all but the field craft survival “Fanny pack” fits amazingly well and doubles as a chest rig if not securing the bag to the rear of my passenger seat.the fieldcraft Pack has my emergency medical and emergency diaper equipment.

debating whether or not I should keep the fiveseven in one of these bags too. I carry p365xl spectre comp on body. I think the fiveseven is necessary…wife doesn’t think so. =/
I like your style man! Always go more, your the Shepard and the Sheepdog!

I didn’t like the eotech on my rattler. Seemed too bulky. I did actually like the leupold lco but it was just a bit heavier then I wanted. The rmr was too small so I settled on the sro and I’m very happy with it. The red dot is easy to pick up and it just feels like a complete open window, more so then the lco/eotech

Not a Rattler but it's slightly bigger but more versatile big brother, a 6.75" Virtus SBR. I put Sig's shortest 7.62 suppressor, the SLH762C, and a Romeo4T on it.

Well done! That looks awesome. Did the suppressor fit under the standard Handguard or is that a SD Handguard? You are the first person I’ve seen use the SLH762C how does it sound? I will be using my Nomad 30 and Romeo 4T on my Rattler. I think it should sound ok with that suppressor.
