I put one in my 365XL mag to bring it to 14 rounds and it worked flawlessly for me. I just cannot get over the almost $40.00 price for 2 rounds. I can buy another mag for that if you know what I mean. I carry my only one in my xl and then a longer as a backup if need be.

Same here ..
I don’t know when and how they got to $33.95 ??

I love my Magguts kits in my P365X and what I like even better than the increase in capacity is their baseplates, they're way better than the factory baseplates and they work flawlessly with my Wilson Combat grip module.

I looked at them, but for an extra 10 to 15 bucks, I can just buy a 15 round mag instead of modifying a 12 rounder. Maybe it depends on what firearm you want to use it with, but I’d opt for the extra mag. I can see their benefit if you are trying to deep conceal and don’t want the extra length of a mag printing.
That one more round of the 15 round mag takes away the size advantage of the 365. The MagGuts +2 adds only 1/4" for two more rounds.
I have MagGuts +2 in my Glock 43 and never had a problem. Just ordered MagGuts for my standard and XL size grips on my 365's.

I measured and the MagGuts base is only 5/32” longer than the stock 12 round, whereas the 15 rounder is 3/4” longer.

The Magguts kits and their improved baseplates are a much better option for me vs the 15 rd magazines. The shape of the Magguts baseplate is shaped perfectly for my hand and makes an almost seemless extension of the grip and makes it extremely comfortable, plus it looks 100% better than the ridiculous look of the Sig 15rd magazine baseplate. The images are of my P365X with the Wilson Combat grip module and the Magguts baseplate vs an image of a P365XL with the 15rd magazine. I'll take one less round for the much better fit, looks and ability to conceal my pistol easily with the Magguts kits vs the Sig 15 rd magazines...

I love the added capacity with minimal added length, and also like the shape of the new baseplate. Unfortunately, there is a rattle that is annoying and I hear it with each step (when I'm in a quiet setting).

Does anyone else have a rattle when the mag is fully loaded?

I have the Magguts for the 12 round mag, and when I have 13 rounds loaded, it is solid and nothing rattles when I shake it. But once the 14th round is loaded, it sounds like a bullet is rattling around loose inside. Just the slightest shake will make the rattling noise.

I have the Magguts kits in several magazines and I don't have even the slightest rattle or any sound at all. Do you have more than one magazine with the kit and do they all do it? I'd be stripping the ammo, disassembling your magazines and reinstalling everything in an attempt to find the issue. Like I said, mine don't make a sound and I don't believe yours should either.

I have taken the mag apart a few times. I also took it to the range and put about 100 rounds throught it. It ran flawlessly, but still rattled when the mag was full. It doesn't rattle when I have 13 or less in the mag, which is why I find it odd. I tried different ammo too. Also gave it a good cleaning and it still didn't change anything.

One thing I didn't try was putting it into another mag...so I'll try that next. 👍

Very good point. I like how it looks too. You just sold me on the Mag Guts vs a 15 round mag. I also like the Wilson Combat mod.

Smack the back of the mag a few times and that usually stops the rattle. Lol not sure why, it just does. Saw a post on youtube regarding it.

OEM for me. I feel like if flat springs were so bomb-diggity we'd see Sig and competitors using it out the gate, but I could be wrong. Also, for the price you could just buy some ammo to fill your factory magazines and actually work on getting proficient with the weapon rather than slow-stroking it on a forum about muh capacity.

I prefer to fast-stroke so I have more time get proficient.

Blah blah blah buy some ammo...that never crossed my mind. The question was posed if Magguts were reliable and here you are short-stroking muh factory magazines

I might have a lemon since no one else seems to have this rattling issue. I did try it in another mag and it did not fix it.

I actually pin-pointed it and the 7th round is the one that moves around is rattling. It is at the spot that the rounds neck down from a double stack, to a single. It only does it when I put in the 14th round tho!!! That round only has a few millimeters of free movement, but it shouldn't be moving at all. My only guess is that the spring is not giving the proper force needed (even though it fed the ammo properly).

Time to send off for a replacement.
