As others have said, nope. It doesn't hold up for beans. I've even had a barrels coated with their Micro Slick which is meant for that, didn't last long at all.
On the other hand I have a lot of barrels DLC coated and they are great. I have a couple that I think they called rose (PVD of some sort) maybe kind of burnt bronze.

I wish I knew. I have a few of these done by STI before they changed to Staccato and started doing their own coating. Maybe Taran Tactical knows because my Combat Maters have the same barrel finish.
