365 Upgrades are jamming

I've recently been taking some CC training classes and have realized my 365 is a bit small for my hands to where I'm consistently inaccurate. I decided to upsize. Instead of buying a whole new gun, I got the x-macro grip module from Sig and two new x-macro magazines, a threaded barrel from True Precision and a compensator from Harrington. Basically, I utilized the modularity of the platform and turned my 365 into a 365 x macro.
Next week on the range I started jamming. Failure to eject. When I switched to 114 grain from 124 the jams happened every shot. What am I looking at, here?
Next chance I get, I'm going to go back to the 365 grip/mag and keep the compensator. Then dump the compensator and keep the barrel to isolate the cause.
Have any of you had an issue like this? Is this a compensator issue or something else?

This is the inherent risk when using/installing non-OEM parts. I think if they were replaced with OEM parts you'd see the problem resolved. As an example, I've changed my original P365 into a P365X and my P365XL into a P365 Macro using nothing but OEM parts. I've not experienced any issues with either.

Good advice in the above posts.

I'd try with the X-Macro grip module & True barrel and without the comp first, for testing.

Also, If it were me, I'd double check to make sure the barrel hood and underside of slide are greased, along with the slide rails and FCU's slide rails. I'd also shoot 100-200 rounds of 124gr nato ammo, which is slightly higher velocity, to break it in.

Let us know how you make out.

As others have alluded, you probably have a mismatch of parts in your new upper configuration, and now do not have an appropriate RSA to properly cycle the slide.

I assume you are running the original 3.1" slide with the original P365 RSA, and have added the new, longer (3.7"?) threaded barrel and compensator.

I may be wrong with my analysis, but...

Maybe the longer barrel may be creating excessive energy for your P365 RSA, and the slide is reciprocating too fast to properly extract and eject the round.

If so, you will need a "tunable" RSA (to create a stronger 3.1" RSA), to better match your configuration.

Not sure how to get there, without trial and error. Maybe others with more experience can help.

Or...if you desire a longer barrel, opt for the XL slide and barrel, with the XL RSA.

I would hope you are not planning to conceal carry this configuration for self-defense. Best to keep your SD firearm closer to OEM, for reliability and less liability, if you ever need to use it.

Blazer brass and comps don't mix well sometimes. I have 4 or 5 of the Zaffiri comp/barrel combos and they work flawless with stock 3.1" recoil springs.
I think you polish the feed ramp and if that doesn't work. Pick up a DP

M spring kit and start the process of finding a recoil spring that works.
