x-ray3 front sight on p320x

So on a new p320 x compact my front sight doesn't glow in the dark at all. It used to but after I went to the range the front sight is not glowing at all. The rear two sights still glow. Is this common?

No.my x compact still glows.maybe clean it with a q tip with rubbing alcohol as it might just have carbon built on it.
