No, the stock slide works perfectly fine.

There are quite a few aftermarket slides. Check out Icarus Precision, Agency Arms, Norsso to name a few. I'm sure there are other that are just not coming to mind at the moment.

I used Fabricated Arms for my P365 custom slide work.
