Who has the most rounds through their 322?

2 Quick questions.

1: How many rounds have you shot through your 322?
2: Knowing what you know now about it would you buy it again or purchase something else?

After 3 weeks of searching I finally gave up and bought a FN 502.
1: After 1 week of ownership I've put 515 rounds through it.
2: Yes I would buy it again, but I'd also be open to a trade for a 322. If they ever become available. . .

I got sick of waiting, picked up a PMR-30.. ;D not as cheap to shooot but I already had the WMR so.. that and the $380 price tag, NIB, which was the kicker.. i may wait till the v2, idk. the reviews initially were good but after the champagne wore off, seems like there are some issues.
About 2500 rounds through it. Currently at Sig for repair likely related to dry fire. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat, it’s my favorite .22 pistol

mine came without the chamber flag that is supposed to be used when dry firing. So dry firing is a no no? What issues were you experiencing that required sending back to SIG?
any gossip on when they rolling out w the second round? such a CF, their product team.

Based on my experience I’d recommend against dry firing without the chamber flag. Either my firing pin or the firing pin return spring broke and I was getting light strikes and sometimes no strikes. What the chamber flag does is keep the slide partially open and prevents the hammer from contacting the firing pin. If you don’t have the chamber flag you could put something between the slide & barrel slightly less than the diameter of a pencil to keep the slide from closing all the way and doing it that way. I’d call Sig C.S. and ask for the chamber flag, it should have come with your gun.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Mine was missing the Chamber Flag too. I called AND emailed Sig and they put me on a waiting list. Out of stock. Apparently Sig did NOT put these in quite a few new 322 boxes.
1400 rounds through mine so far. Only one failure to feed (slide short-stroked and didn't pick up the next round) and a half-dozen misfires (faulty ammo w/strong hits that fired on the next try).

BTW the FN 502 looks like a neat gun. I'm sure you'll be happy with it. Eventually the nonsense will die down and the P322 will become easier to find.
800+ so far. The only jams I have had were using Winchester 333 Bulk. Not using those anymore...
Only 3-400 through mine. When I first got it, I went to the range with several flavors of ammunition, and shot groups at 25 yards, off of sandbags. I had a couple rounds of Aguilla Super Extra that didn't go of the first time. CCI standard was the clear winner, with all groups about an inch. I was surprised it beat out Eley and SK.
