I probably shoot my Ruger 3" gp100 the very best of my handguns.
The firearm I lusted after and then we never connected was a S&W 686 plus. It was the fancier model with the 3-5-7 grips and unfluted cylinder. Was stunning to look at but I wound up hating how the action felt. There was an odd hitch to the trigger pull that just messed with my ability to bond with it and I never ever shot it as well as I would have liked. Oh and those fancy grips were brutal under fire. As a collector gun you like to look at, it was beautiful but I never did warm up to shooting it and sold it off.
