I used to carry appendix in a squared away customs kilo holster for the longest, but it always bothered me that part of the trigger was exposed. So I ended up running into this company online, and I got to say this holster is badass, conceals really well and pretty comfortable. The company is called Zorn. I ended up getting mine with no sweat guard, but you can get it so it can cover it.
