Want Threaded Barrel for P320C 45 ACP

It seems that parts for a P320 Compact in 45 ACP are hard to find. I am specifically looking for a threaded suppressor-ready barrel for mine and have had no luck finding one. I would appreciate guidance from anyone who could point me in the right direction.
