Those are high even for CA. My local ffl has a contrast SP2022 in 9mm for $429.

However, I've never seen a manual safety model for sale.

High thumb safety just ruins it.

First one I have seen with a thumb safety. Kind of was my point for the post, thoughts on this model.

It gets even better. The type goes way back (to 2006 in this post) to when the slides were marked SP2009.

WOW!!! WAY OVERPRICED!!! For that price you can get a 'rea' SIG "P" gun. As you are all aware, I had a LGS dumping SP2022s for a couple of years, NIB, night sights, holster, and FREE SIG Laser for $333. I bought several over that period. I don't understand the appeal of a safety. I just keep my finger off of the trigger.
