I did a quick comparison where I drew a horizontal line from the narrowest part of the "small" module in the image above across to the "medium" module. It looks to me that the narrowest part of the grip is the same, and that the higher bore axis of the smaller grip my be an optical illusion.
And after all the analyses may bethe small offers a shooter better control of the grip .
The thinner grip of the small module does offers better concealment so is all the If's , And's an Maybes of the OP at all useful . NOPE , as it is only speculation for the OP .
I like the medium too BUT I wanted a thinner pistol for carry and the bottom line is the small grip is just fine for shooting too . My slit times and accuracy are the same so try it or don't but surely not worth a debate .
