Does anyone know of where I can buy, or have some serrations cut into my slide. I have a p320 m18 gun. Thanks for any help.

I'm sure there's several companies out there that will do it. Mccluskey is $180.00 and that includes the
Cerakote, but its another $30 for FDE. Or just buy a new slide for $300, then sell yours.

There are slides offered by Sig and tons of aftermarket slides. Many offer front serrations, optics cuts, lightening cuts and on and on.

I would suggest you buy a new slide and keep your old one since it's an M18.

Does anyone know what other slide fits on the M18 frame? Will a p320 compact slide fit.

You have lots of choices. The M18 is a 'Carry' size P320. So any of the current 3.9" P320 slides will work. You can also install the longer 4.7" length slide if you like but the front of slide will not be flush with the front of grip. You can go with a Sig replacement, or look at some of the custom P320 slide options from other vendors.

I would recommend you look for 'complete' slide offerings. If you decide on a stripped slide, make sure you can source the parts, or kit to complete the slide and have the tools, or a smith to do the assembly.

If you decide to go with the 3.9" slide replacement, you can reuse your M18 barrel and RSA. If you go 4.7" you will also need to replace the barrel and RSA.

Norsso has a sub compact slide. This may be a stupid question but is a sub compact different then a compact slide?

If you are referring to the 3.6" slide, then it would be too short for the M18 Carry grip module. You can easily replace the grip module, i.e. with something from Wilson Combat, or another that supports a 3.6" slide. Just pay attention to the magazine types that are compatible as some are designed for 15 round magazines vs. 17 round.
If I’m thinking right. The m18 has an 3.9 barrel with a compact slide. Sub compact would be 3.6?

Correct! A 3.6" slide/barrel will fit but the dust cover will extend beyond the muzzle. Some folks get threaded barrels and stick a comp on it to extend it.

This link shows an example. It's a full size grip module with a compact slide but you get the drift. You can also search around the forum and see that others have done.

Check out midway, they were running the p320 Zev slides 40% off sale. Zev Slides are $255 and the Zev barrels for $130. Those slides are super nice and grip well. Check them out.
The P320 M18 is actually a Carry size... same 3.9" barrel, but a longer grip for slightly higher magazine capacity.

Any slide that is for a 3.9" barrel will fit flush and you can use your barrel and RSA.

Any slide that is for a 4.7" barrel will extend beyond the the dust cover, but will work. But you will need a new barrel and RSA.

Any slide that is for a 3.6" barrel will not fit your current grip (without modification)
Ordered slide last night with the help that I needed from everyone on this forum. Thanks again John
