Just found out my unit is swapping out our Aimpoint Comp m4s for the Sig 1-6x. I am a huge advocate to own what I am using on duty. Is the MSR 1-6x comparable to other 1-6x in its category? Realistically comparing to Primary Arms 1-6, or vortex 1-6? My unit is technically switching to the Tango 6t but I cannot afford that. the MSR will have to suffice to be "close enough". I am just looking for opinions/input on this scope.

Thank you,
IB.

Is your unit switching to the FFP or SFP tango 6t? If going FFP you will have to look at other options. I would compare the reticles if going SFP. My own experience is with the Vortex PST gen 2 1-6 mrad. It’s an excellent optic with daylight bright dot. Great warranty and good glass. It’s also made in Philippines vs China. It’s heavy but tough-most battery powered LPVO’s will be in the heavy side.
