Just bought my first 1911. A Sig Sauer Ultra Compact. Looking at getting a couple of Wilson Combat mags for it. Wilson Combat makes several different models. Which one should I buy?

I have a Sig Ultra 9mm and use Sig mags (4) and all work flawlessly. I also have a couple of Colt Defender mags and they work as well.

Is your ultra a 9mm ?? If so I have , or had a Kimber ultra 9mm . My wife has claimed it as hers and its been her EDC for 4 or 5 months now and a buddy has a colt defender 9mm . There as much like a sig ultra as possible and we both use Wilson 9 rounders for carry and extended version of the 10 rounds as back up . They work flawlessly for some 2000 rounds .

Wilson Combat makes a 8-round mag I use in my Ultra -- all four have worked flawlessly handling about 1000 rounds total.
