I have purchased 5 of those from Greg for the SP 2022 and they have performed admirably.

Have also purchased 6 of the Mec-Gar mags for the P226 Tac Ops. 3 of the 20 round and 3 of the 15 round and they have been very good also.

Greg is a great guy to deal with....

Saw video of a member of the Paris police force after the terrorist attack and noticed he had a SP2022 (with the old-style grip like in the OP of this thread) tucked in a pouch on the front of his body armor.

I was looking into the S&W SD9VE but local gun shop turned me on to the Sign 2022. I considered it briefly, then I held it and when the salesman told me to feel the trigger, I decided to save up more money, and I am convinced that will be my next purchase!

Welcome to the forum xdrobert. You will find the 2022 is a "gateway Sig" and there will be more. The 2022 in 9mm was my first and after a year and a half I have half a dozen or so! It's a Sig-ness!

Do post up some pictures when you bring it home.
