Sig P226 MK25 Field Strip Issue - Mag Disconnect

Hey Guys!

I am new to this forum, and I just recently bought the MK25 California-Compliant version with Mag Disconnect.

I have an issue with field strip. Does anybody know does the P226 require your mag to be ejected before you can field strip the gun? Or is this because of the mag disconnect that require the gun to eject the mag before you can field strip the gun.
