We've seen ST report of rapid Legion finish wear riding in a kydex holster. Am testing a IWB hybrid from a company I've used a lot - with no rash issues ever.

My 220 Legion has been riding in this StealthGear over the past couple days. This is SG's P226 holster that fits this 220 Elite perfectly. I've run 50+ draws & re-holsters with no apparent developing rash. I'll post pics of any damage I see.

I also use one for my p229 Legion with no issues. I went for their recommendation of Quick Draw spray for the kydex, but I seriously doubt it's the reason I don't have issues.

Yeah, but these holsters really don't need much adjustment...

Nice. I too am very comfortable with StealthGear IWB holsters. Even here in hot, humid Florida. Also like the Black Arch holsters with similar backing.

Great holster and great pistol. Let us know how that combination works. I am thinking about a holster for my P220 Legion and trying to decide between the BlackPoint or Stealthgear. Both are great holsters and cost about the same.

My Crossbreed IWB fits this 220 too. CB was my EDC for years. These StealthGears hold the pistol in tighter for less printing - and don't squeak. Don't usually carry full size guns, but this rig rides along just fine.

I've cut a few ozs by loading 200g +Ps instead of my usual 230s. I've recently picked up some even lighter, and apparently very effective 120g 45acp. These Lehigh Defense Xtreme Defense 45 screamers are rated at 1,350fps using their proprietary milled all copper bullet.

Testing I seen on these new tricks is impressive, with great barrier penetration without over-penetration and significant tissue damage.

Have only shot a mag so far, and need to run more to confirm their reliability. Also have Lehigh XD loads in 9mm, 357sig and 10mm, so will take more range fun on these...

Can't go wrong with a Stealthgear holster. I have a couple of them and a couple Black Arch holsters as well.

That Legion sure looks good though.
