Sig 516 SSA-E install requires that I remove the safety?

Grrr... thought installing the SSA-E was going to be a 10-min thing but it appears that the safety is in the way of me removing the stock trigger. Any nice video or picture-based guides people would recommend to me? I'm not finding anything specifically documenting this. Thanks!

EDIT: Simple rotating the lower 180 degrees (upside down) allowed the trigger to fall out without touching the safety. New trigger group is installed.

good to see that you got it done.

for some triggers modules like the "UHL AR-15 Sportabzug" that is popular in europe and probably the drop in triggers from CME, it is necessary to remove the safety.
remove the pistol grip first, then you can remove the safety and install the new trigger group.

search on youtube for clips on how to install an ambidextrous safety.
these instructions should work for most ar-15 style guns.
