Sig 226 Tac Ops sight removal/adjustment

I just got a used Sig 226 Tac Ops, and it shoots left. 3 different shooters and the same results.. So this thing has True glow fiber optic front sight does anyone have any advise on a good sight adjustment tool? Also I am planning on cerakoting the slide so one day I would like to remove them and replace them as well..
