HI i bought my p226 mk25 california compliant pistol a couple months ago, I want to install a SRT on it and was wondering if it would work on my pistol considering it is california compliant and not a regular one?

Concurring with powermad, yes it will work and will not interfere with your LCI or mag disconnect even though those extra things are considered additional failure points.
One thing to note, however, is that switching to an SRT removes your old sear and safety lever which had the phosphate/protective coating. This may result in a crisper trigger at the expense of that coating. I do believe there are some SRT's available with the phosphate coating, similar to those found stock in the M11-A1s.
