Not sure of how good or how bad of a deal this is but thought I'd share. I can attest to the actual sight because I have a 320rx and I love it. I have a p320-x5 on order and as soon as the pro shop sends it out and I see how the removable plate works I intend on getting one of these for it. If it's not a huge undertaking putting it on.
