Received my Romeo zero in May and after a few range sessions and using the 365xl as my primary carry I noticed several scratches in the lens. I believe some are from shooting at range and some are from just daily carry. Other than the scratches the Romeo Zero has held zero and had no other issues. I called sig about the scratches they are sending me a replacement optic and emailed me a prepaid shipping label to return my current one. They are sending me the newest one that comes with the protective shroud.

Hmm I bet you could cover the outside of the lens with the same clear cellphone screen protector material easily enough and when that gets jacked up its easily replaceable. Sig might want to think about it.

What protective shroud? I just got one a couple days ago as an experiment and it came with only the sight, screws, keys, battery and plastic stick on insulator strip. And docs/sticker of course. Is this shroud part of the sight, or an accessory?
