I use a Lee bulge buster for all 40 brass.
Comes out really good. Some of it takes a lot of force to push it through.
Those I call Glock brass.

For 9mm I use a Makarov 9mm factory crimp die.
I had a Lee dealer point me to that, and it works great. I do about 10% of 9mm.

i do around 10% of 45acp as well.

Are you saying you get bulged 9MM and .45 ACP as well as .40 S&W?

Don't know to really call them bulged, but I have a size gauge and a few are less than a good fit.
Shouldn't say this out loud, but I have run some already finished.
The ram has a hollowed area, so the primer is never touched.

Never one shot from my Sigs, so I bet Glock or an unsupported 1911.

Luger Bulged Cases

My 9mm bulged cases are due to idiotically firing them in a .357SIG. I just toss them.
