Recoil spring weight p320

I have a full size P320 in .40 S&W and I plan to use it in Limited/Limited 10 in USPSA. I plan to purchase the SP guide rod. Can anyone recommend a spring weight range for 180 gr factory ammo? I may use 200 gr loads too.
