I had written to Radian Weapons https://radianweapons.com/ this morning about a charging handle that I had heard they were working on for the MPX.

Their response:

It will surprise me if they do get it out. They was in the works of making one for the M&P 15-22 back a couple of years a go and never released it.
So I'm curious if this will fall through also, so I went ahead and got one from next level.
