Perhaps someone will find the link you want to see from SIG.

Good link...if you dryfire a lot, it's also recommended you change your firing pin spring every 3-4k for fatigue and maybe use an xtra power firing pin spring to protect your firing pin.

Of course, snap caps (and perhaps a rubber o-ring) are a must when dry-firing.

Would be cool if they had this for MCX and MPX
Just figure about the same for like functioning parts, it's ll about repetitive cycles.
