The left side safety lever is moulded as part of the safety shaft; if it's loose then there is a real problem and the pistol should be deadlined. Never heard of one failing.
The right side safety lever attaches to the safety shaft using a type of bayonet mount and it will never be as tight as the left side lever. If the bayonet mount on the right side lever gets stretched open any during removal or installation it will rattle. Not so much an operational problem as it is an annoyance.
The only fix I would attempt is replacing the right side safety lever.
