P365 XL Heavier Trigger

498 Views 2 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  Jnanabase
Just purchased the P365 XL, and I noticed at home, with the pistol empty, I barely moved the slide rearward, and noticed it to be essentially cocked. I started to pull on the trigger, and it was spongey, and required heavier pull to "fire". Solid back-end of the trigger pull afterward. Is this normal? Normal full racking and dry firing has no issues, also has the "clunk" others are describing, but this is a bit different, was curious, thanks

I’ve noticed this. If you get it in a half-cocked state the trigger is weird. Just fully cock it and don’t worry about it.

Sounds good, I was just wondering if it would have caused any damage. I've done it maybe 4-5 times. Moving on now lol
